Were looking for a Software Engineering Intern to join our Institutional team in this role youll work closely with experienced engineers to help build and maintain systems that support trading and portfolio management for our institutional clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated developer eager to learn from industry experts and grow in a fast-paced high-performance environment.

Duration: 6-month internship

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python that power trading transfers and settlement.
• Collaborate with senior engineers product managers and designers to build high-quality reliable software.
• Write clean maintainable and well-tested code that follows best practices.
• Help improve system performance reliability and development workflows.
• Learn about cloud-based architectures microservices and distributed systems in a production environment.
• Contribute to the implementation of security best practices to protect sensitive financial data.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions to continuously improve code quality and processes.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Hands-on experience with Python in backend or web application development (personal academic or professional projects all count).
• Basic understanding of REST APIs databases (SQL or NoSQL) and data structures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP or similar) and containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Interest in learning about messaging systems (NATS Redis etc.) and distributed architectures.
• Curiosity about the fintech or crypto industryprevious exposure is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
