POSITION: Supply Chain Management (SCM) Summer Student

REFERENCE:RATE OF PAY: $18.10 per hour

ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT:The successful summer students will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and organization of data within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Program. This includes supporting data collection catalog building and cleansing efforts collaborating with team members to identify and address data gaps and assisting with data input and quality control. They will be accountable for maintaining high standards of data integrity and contributing to the overall success of the program.
MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:- Participate in the EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Program
- Review and organize data collection requirements
- Catalog/photo/load part images to support data
- Assist in data collection and cleansing for assets and parts
- Work with data collectors to identify missing assets
- Assist with spot checks after test load
- Digitize or organize documentation to be included in asset/part records
- Responsible for updating data collection dashboard/reporting
- Assist with administrative support
REQUIREMENTS:- Must be enrolled or finishing full-time post-secondary studies in 2026
- Minimum of 1 year of post-secondary schooling in Business or Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Must be able to work full-time hours (40 hours per week)
- Working in an office setting as well as warehouse setting
- Medium level computer experience (comfortable learning new technology (EAM))
- Basic tablet experience (should be comfortable with collecting data electronically)
- Medium level experience with excel (can easily navigate the basics of the program use of simple formulas and conditional formatting etc.)
- Comfortable communicating with others within a team setting or one-on-one
- Knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Teams
- Good work ethic energetic and enthusiastic
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- Must be committed to Health and Safety
