Reporting directly to the Finance Manager you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our hotel. This is an ideal position for someone with a solid accounting foundation who is eager to grow within a dynamic environment.

Located just minutes away from the International and Domestic airports it offers 193 spacious designer nests (rooms) with patios an outdoor swimming pool gym Restaurant & Bar and over 2500sqm of conference and meeting space (indoor and outdoor).
What you will be doing
- Process supplier invoices accurately verify them against purchase orders and manage payment runs and supplier reconciliations
- Support timely customer billing post daily bank receipts and assist with monitoring outstanding balances
- Perform daily audits to ensure the completeness and accuracy of hotel revenue across PMS and POS systems
- Assist with bank reconciliations petty cash management and the preparation of month-end financial reports and audit schedules
- Work closely with front office and operational teams to resolve revenue discrepancies and assist with cost-control initiatives
Ideally you will have
- 13 years in an accounting or finance support role. Hospitality experience is a major plus but not required
- A diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance (or currently studying toward one) is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting systems
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You are organized proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
