WHAT YOULL DO:
- Research source price parts and determine needs for service repairs.
- Pull parts and stage for service technicians.
- Maintain knowledge of products services and parts and the associated costs of each.
- Complete all necessary paperwork on each transaction in an accurate timely manner.
- Keep track of backorders and work with manufactures on reducing lead times.
- Provide relief as needed for warehouse and service team. This includes (but is not limited to) assisting warehouse team moving parts and occasionally running for parts for the service team.
- Process credits make adjustments and monitor for restocking charges on all parts sales completed.
- Performing shipping/receiving and warehouse duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Self-motivation adaptability and assertive drive.
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast pace and team-oriented environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with service team in an effort to keep technicians supplied with parts.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person in an effort to sell company parts and other services.
- Above-average organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Experience with automotive or heavy equipment parts preferred but not required.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds consistently.
- Drivers license with a good driving record.
Compensation: $20-30/hr (Depending on Experience)
