Who WE are looking for:
As Warehouse Lead ensures smooth warehouse operations with a focus on service accuracy and efficiency. This role supports gaming hospitality food & beverage and other departments by overseeing the timely receipt storage and distribution of inventory. A hands-on leader the Warehouse Lead ensures compliance with casino policies safety standards and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service to internal teams and external vendors.

What is expected of YOU:
As the Warehouse Lead you play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and materials throughout the property. Youre expected to supervise daily warehouse operations by effectively managing a team of warehouse associates ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled accurately efficiently and in compliance with company standards. Your leadership sets the tone for the departmentyoull train coach and motivate your team to meet performance goals while fostering a positive and accountable work culture.
Experience YOU will need:
High School/GED preferred
6 months of warehouse or inventory experience (casino/hospitality a plus)
Leadership experience with assigning tasks and coaching staff
Skilled in receiving storing and distributing goods
Experience operating forklifts pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
Familiar with inventory systems and basic computer applications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up push pull up to 50 lbs
Physically capable of standing walking bending climbing stairs and ladders squatting twisting and reaching for extended periods.
Comfortable working in various environments including cold storage (coolers/freezers) wet or slippery conditions outdoor weather noisy or dusty areas and exposure to secondhand smoke.
Must safely operate standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts pallet jacks hand trucks and carts.
Ability to read understand and work with inventory records and supply chain documentation.
Certificates Licenses Registrations:
â Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
