A multifunctional role driving engineering and operational activities through strong collaboration with commercial management and technical teams. With a broad understanding of engineering and manufacturing practices you will contribute to service delivery through a holistic model locally regionally and globally.

As a Lead Operations Engineer you will be supporting proposal preparation contract compliance and commercial risk assessment while leading operational and technical activities across projects.
As a Lead Operations Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational and technical needs.
- Acting as the focal point for assigned regions or projects and leading regular reviews.
- Resolving operational and technical issues using applied engineering expertise.
- Coordinating activities with business unit and engineering teams to support execution.
- Communicating metrics project status and operational updates to internal teams.
- Preparing cost and technical proposals by interfacing with engineering and commercial teams.
- Supporting customer or offshore sites as a technical lead when required.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelors degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- Have experience working in operations or engineering project roles.
- Have experience with control systems or related engineering disciplines.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
- Have the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Have a proactive solutionoriented mindset.
