The Customer Advisory Consultant is a high-impact customer-facing role at the intersection of strategy innovation and growth. Acting as the primary point of contact for advisory engagements you will partner closely with customers to shape solutions build pipeline and drive meaningful business outcomes.

In this role you will help define and deliver advisory services that address complex business challenges influence executive decision-making and unlock new opportunities for growth. Youll work hand-in-hand with senior stakeholdersboth internally and externallyto bring insight-led innovative solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow trusted customer relationships driving pipeline development and business growth through consultative engagement.

  • Serve as the primary customer-facing advisor for consulting and advisory engagements.

  • Design and deliver assessments advisory offerings and executive-level presentations that clearly articulate value and impact.

  • Partner with Director-level and executive stakeholders to understand strategic business challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.

  • Leverage deep customer insight to introduce innovative ideas differentiated services and new opportunities.

  • Manage advisory service capacity while ensuring high-quality consistent delivery.

  • Share market industry and technology insights to help shape new service offerings and go-to-market strategies.

  • Contribute directly to revenue growth through strong customer engagement and value-based advisory work.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 7 years of experience in advisory consulting or business development roles.

  • Experience with Insurance industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage influence and present at the director and executive level.

  • Strong experience in:

    • Client-facing advisory or consulting roles

    • Business development and pipeline growth

    • Executive communication and high-impact presentations

  • A curious continuous learner with a strong understanding of market dynamics and emerging technology trends.
