- Support HR operations maintain employee records update HR database.
- Assist with recruiting interviews offers and pre-employment screenings.
- Coordinate onboarding orientation and training activities.
- Respond to employee HR inquiries and assist with reports.
- Manage the employee newsletter.
- Participate in organizing company events meetings and other HR-related activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- 12 years of HR or administrative experience.
- Strong organization communication and confidentiality skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR systems and Canva a plus.
- High school diploma OR equivalent Administrative or HR experience required; HR or Business degree preferred.
- $2123/hour
