Atrium Health is seeking an inpatient Gastroenterology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for their Lincolnton NC location at Atrium Health Lincoln.
Job details:
100% Adult medicine
M-F 8a-4p 4.5 days a week; ½ day Admin;Opportunity for virtual session available
APP will be on call daily with one attending physician
Perform inpatient GI consults and round daily at Atrium Health Lincoln.
Eligible for up to $20k sign-on bonus and paid relocation expenses
Salary based on years of experience
Who you are:
Experienced APP with at least 2 years of Gastroenterology experience preferred
Physician Assistant Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program Masters Degree preferred. Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants .
Nurse Practitioner Masters Degree or Doctorate of Nursing Practice . License to practice as a Registered Nurse . Certification in the area of practice from a nationally recognized certifying body . Acute Care board certification based upon population and acuity served. FNPs without acute-care certification cannot be considered.
Advanced Practice Provider demonstrates strong critical thinking abilities and effective interpersonal skills
Able to work autonomously in an inpatient setting
APP skilled in prioritization and proactive decision-making.
