We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Management Intern toassistthe Adoption Team in supporting the execution of the Finance Learning Transformationjourney.
The intern will report to the PMO.
Internship has to be under internshipagreement and will start in June/July 2026 for 6 months. The internship is based in LaDéfense Courbevoie.
Your Opportunity
As part of the team the intern will helpwith gathering information contribute to the delivery of training materialand supportfinance adoption (including AI Tools).
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project managementchange managementprocess optimization and digital learning strategies.
How youwillcontribute
Project Coordination:
Assistinformalizing training deliverables
Support in preparing andmaintainingproject documentation (plans reports timelines)
Update project management tools with progress and status reports
Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and document action items
Content and Training Management:
Help gather and organize existing finance training materials
Assistin mapping and aligning training materials with business processes
Support theupdatesand organization of training content intoDegreed
Help ensure training materials are easily accessible and user-friendly
Participate in the digitalization of learning materials usingAI
Support in documenting all design andmethodologydeliverables
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams (Finance IT HR etc.)
Assistin preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership
Track feedback from stakeholders andassistin addressing concerns
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Support in analyzing data related to training effectiveness (engagement rates feedback)
Help prepare regular reports on project status and training outcomes
Assistin evaluating the success of the training modules post-launch
Continuous Improvement:
Research best practices in digital learning and process optimization
Help develop strategies for the continuous update of training content
Help andcontributeon ad-hoc projects or subjects depending on the period of the internship
Who you are
Currently pursuing aMasterdegree in BusinessCorporateFinance or related fields
Strong curiosity and openness to learn
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
French and English languages aremandatory;Italianrepresentsa plus
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).SAP would be a plus
Experience with project management tools is a plus
Detail-oriented with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Previousinternship or coursework in project management training or finance is a plus
