POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for performing various administrative and clerical task supporting the site supervisor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provides clerical administrative and secretarial assistance to the supervisor and employees to ensure asmoothly run office operation.
Prepares BRCs based on information received from supervisors to provide an accurate record of car repairfor invoicing purposes.
Records checks and transmits man-hours to payroll to ensure accurate processing of the hourly payroll.
Prepares various monthly reports as required
Prepare purchase orders order materials and ensure receipt of materials matches purchase orders.
Participates in and actively supports Quality projects activities and

SKILLS/SPECIFICATIONS:

Be able to operate basic office equipment such as facsimile machines copy machines and personalcomputers.
Be able to communicate effectively with all locations outside vendors and subordinates to ensure a clearunderstanding of required duties and performance.
Possess reading comprehension and basic numbers skills required for clerical support functions.
Be able to stoop bend and stretch to perform filing activities

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of pervious office experience.
Knowledge of computers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Compensation: $40000 - $46000
