Key Responsibilities:
Provide geriatric nursing care in a community living center setting
Perform patient assessments treatments and clinical documentation
Adhere to Joint Commission (TJC) AHA CDC and VA standards
Maintain patient safety infection control and regulatory compliance
Safeguard Veteran health information (PII/PHI)
Accurately document hours and services provided
Complete required annual VA training
