What Youll Be Doing
- Creating invoices according to company practices using Enviroware and SAP software
- Maintains and updates customer files in SAP including name or address changes
- Corresponds with Customer Service regarding invoice questions statement of accounts credits and other billing related issues.
- Processes and creates customer credits as needed.
- Reviews invoices for accuracy.

- Proficiency with accounting systems spreadsheets and digital tools.
- Clear professional communication skills for collaborating across teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks manage deadlines and adapt to shifting needs.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with financial policies.
Work Environment
- Collaborative team-focused environment with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.
- Office-based role requiring regular use of computers and standard accounting software.
- Work includes periods of independent analysis and coordination with cross-functional partners.
