Job Summary

Blue Bird Day a leading specialized intensive pediatric therapeutic day program is seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinic-based Part-Time / PRN Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Wheaton IL. This is an opportunity to provide clinic-based play-focused ABA therapy in a collaborative innovative environment designed to help children thrive.

As a BCBA at Blue Bird Day you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. Youll foster each childs cognitive social emotional adaptive and developmental growth through:

Developing individualized and group therapy treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Providing caregiver education and family support
Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
Collaborating daily with occupational physical and speech therapists

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Hourly Rate: $36-41/hour
