Job Description
LAUNCH Rotational Program Associate

LAUNCH is Albemarles rotational program for recent graduates designed to accelerate professional experience and propel participants towards future success.
Through this program you will:
Develop your professional skills while completing assignments across multiple business units and/or functional areas
Immerse yourself in domestic and international business experiences
Engage with professional mentors and leaders at Albemarle
Grow your career potential through broad exposure and access to knowledge across the enterprise
As part of the LAUNCH Program participants will commit to two assignments over twoyearsemphasizing the following:
Application of real-timeproblem solvingskills
Collaboration opportunities with other industry professionals
Adaptation to new and challenging environments
Exposure to Albemarles culture and core values
JOB DESCRIPTION
TheLAUNCH Associatepositionon theSales & Operations Planning (S&OP)team will help support the teams operational effectiveness bysupporting processes andadvancing a set of improvement initiatives.The Albemarle S&OP teamowns/leadsthe planning process partneringcloselywith the Business/Product Managers SalesFinanceand Manufacturing teams to ensurewe areexecutingstrongly tooptimaloutcomes.This includes taskssuch asdemandplanningsupplyplanninginventorymanagementscenarioplanning consensus meetings as well as continuous improvement efforts on our process/tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
Anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026
MinimumCumulative GPA requirement of 3.0
Desired qualifications:
Current orpreviousinternship or co-op experience
Experience in the manufacturing industry
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelorsdegree inBusiness(Finance) Engineeringor Supply Chainrelated field
Proven ability to manage multiple time sensitive projects simultaneously
Strong communicationskills with the ability to workwith multiple levels of key stakeholders
Excellent data analysis skillsand ability to develop visualizations
Extensive knowledge with Excel PowerPointPowerBIand other advanced analytical tools
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Job Responsibilities for aLAUNCH Associateincludethe following:
Project management scoping planning and executing real projects with measurable outcomes.
Facilitation and collaboration working with a cross-functional team leading prioritization exercises and engaging stakeholdersto drive decisions.
Communication providing updates and storytelling around results and impact.
Organizational change understanding how improvement ideas move from concept to execution in a corporate setting.
Reporting/Analysis support determininghow to best collect/display information to meetrequirementsof key stakeholders.
