We are seeking a Tenancy Progression Coordinator to oversee the progression ofPRS properties.Theideal candidate willbe responsible forensuring smooth transitions and effective management of these rental schemes.

In this role atMetraLivingwe are looking for someone who is customer focused self-motivated and has a keen interest in the London property market.

Your impact in the role:

Reporting to theVoidsManager you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the customer journey for our tenants and willbe responsible for:

Managing customer databases and ensuring they are kept up to date

Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements

Dealing with incoming lettings enquiries via phone and email

Supporting customers through the tenancy referencing process

Ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements related to lettings are adhered to

Contributing to theend to endvoid process supporting the Void maintenance team

Whatyoullbring:

Knowledge of the London UK Lettings marketand PRS

Previoustenancy progression experience with ability to negotiate tenancy agreement terms

First class customer service skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to collaborate and build stakeholder relationships

Strong administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail particularlyin relation to compliance


Ability to work in a fast-paced target driven environment witha track recordof meeting deadlines
