Job Summary

Jabil Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Becario para Calidad (Quality Intern) to support our quality assurance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment contributing to the maintenance and improvement of our product quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist in the inspection and testing of raw materials in-process components and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
* Support the documentation and recording of quality data including inspection results non-conformances and corrective actions.
* Participate in the analysis of quality data to identify trends root causes of defects and areas for process improvement.
* Collaborate with engineering production and other departments to implement quality initiatives and resolve quality-related issues.
* Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures work instructions and documentation.
* Learn and apply quality tools and methodologies such as statistical process control (SPC) and lean manufacturing principles.
* Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and assisting with audit activities.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality department to support overall quality objectives.

Job Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial Mechanical Electrical Mechatronics or related field) or a technical degree with a focus on quality or manufacturing.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
* Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish (both written and verbal). English proficiency is a plus.
* Proactive self-motivated and eager to learn.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
* Prior experience or coursework in quality control manufacturing processes or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

Objetivo

1.- Recopilar la información de reporteadores diarios para los métricos globales y del proyecto así como la investigación de las causas y su mejora contínua.

2.- Realizar auditorías de procesos utilizando LPA Nivel 2 (Formato Jabil)
Utilizar el formato de Baselines para Jabil.

3.- Estudiar y entender los requerimiento para cada parte del proceso en la correcta introducción de un proyecto:
1.- de cliente (e.i. FTF drawings)
2.- de Jabil (e.i. PFMEA CP)
3.- Baselines de Jabil

4.- Sistemas que utiliza cliente y Jabil para la correcta introducción
