DescriptionAs the Workplace Planning & Reporting Strategy Lead you will be a senior leader responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision and long-range roadmap for all occupancy planning activities across the clients global or regional real estate portfolio. You will provide executive oversight to the Occupancy Planning department driving maximum space utilization optimizing the workplace experience and aligning all real estate decisions with corporate financial and business objectives.
Pay: $175000 - $200000 Annually

ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Partnership
You will establish and manage executive-level partnerships across the organization including:
- Executive Corporate Real Estate Leadership: To define strategic planning frameworks resolve high-level forecast requirements and govern portfolio-wide real estate investments.
- Business Unit Executive Leadership: To secure top-down multi-year headcount and growth projections and resolve critical strategic alignment issues between business unit needs and real estate supply.
- Corporate Finance & CFO Group: To align the occupancy strategy with capital planning forecast investment requirements and demonstrate the financial returns of the workplace program.
- Program & Project Management Office (PMO): To direct portfolio-level planning strategies that accelerate large-scale construction and capital projects ensuring seamless and timely delivery.
- Workplace Services & Facilities Management: To provide governance over migration plans approve major move initiatives and ensure planning is informed by facility performance and utilization data.
- Workplace Planning Department: To mentor lead and direct a high-performing team of planners ensuring consistency excellence and the development of portfolio strategy plans across all locations.
Executive Strategy & Governance
Your primary focus will be providing executive oversight for the departments operations and its strategic mandate. You will govern the development and enforcement of all space policies standards procedures and protocols. You will be accountable for strategic planning sessions with clients driving data-driven optimal solutions that maximize the use of space and directly impact business productivity. You will serve as the top Subject Matter Expert for the clients global workplace program leveraging advanced analytics to drive transformational solutions. You will be a recognized leader for the entire account team modeling executive-level client relationship management strategic foresight and organizational leadership.
Business Intelligence & Executive Communication
You will be responsible for leading the development of advanced space utilization and capacity metrics transforming raw data into strategic business intelligence. You will interact with client and organizational leadership to translate business strategy into real estate requirements directing the preparation of high-stakes executive reports on actual versus projected seat demand and supply/capacity changes. You will own the process of reconciling and resolving discrepancies against top-down corporate projections.

- Executive Presence & Influence: Proven ability to lead and drive change through influence and direct communication with executives and stakeholders.
- Advanced Analytics & Business Acumen: Expert-level data analytical skills with the ability to articulate complex financial and strategic narratives through data; a strong understanding of corporate finance and budgeting.
- Departmental Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading managing and developing a team of strategic planners or analysts.
- Adaptability & Vision: A dynamic leader who thrives on ambiguity sees the big picture manages significant risk and drives strategic results in a rapidly changing environment.
- Technical Governance: Proficiency in overseeing the implementation and utilization of IWMS/CAFM advanced data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) and AutoCAD/BIM systems as strategic business tools.
- Education: A Bachelors Degree in Architecture Design Construction Management Finance or a related field is required; a Masters degree or relevant professional certification is highly preferred
