- Organizes and schedules all necessary resourcesrequiredtoaccomplishactivities.
- Training of all employeestoproper Stryker procedures
- Schedule and lead meetings with team members toupdate onnew policies/procedures schedules and incidents.
- Prepare reports asrequired.
- Responsible for teams vendor credentialing
- Develop relationships with 3rd party courier companies to ensure accountability related to best pricing strategies courier budgets and courier routes.
- Prepare vehicle maintenance reports and ensure scheduled maintenance of all vehicles.
- Maintain and update customer delivery instructions and location drop offs.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize driver capacity considering variables like peak times fluctuations in demand and operational priorities. Collaborate seamlessly with both Inbound and Outbound teams offering essential support and capacity as needed to ensureoptimalefficiency.
- Coordinate thetimelyreturn of allinventoryto its correct location
- Ensure all cases are delivered on time complete and to the correct facility.
- Communication with sales partners toestablishrelationships with both teams.
- Route efficiency planning communicate with all surgical case coordinators to efficiently manage multiple routes while simultaneously reducing overall mileage overtime and costs.
- Coordinate Expired replacementpickupsanddrop offsas requested by warehouse teams.
- Meet established metrics for operations (i.e. turns service levels).
- Manage best practice implementation to meet/exceed business goals and standards.
What you need
Required -
- 5 years of work experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Drivers license withgood drivingrecord
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support the business needs including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed
- Must have the ability to lift push pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred -
- Bachelors degree
- Demonstrated computer skills ( SAP GEOtab Wheels)
