• Oversee day-to-day field operations and technician performance
• Manage scheduling routing and workflow efficiency
• Support hiring onboarding and training of new technicians
• Ensure services are completed safely accurately and to company standards
• Address customer concerns and support service quality improvements
• Monitor equipment vehicles and inventory
• Collaborate with leadership to meet operational and growth goals

• Prior experience in turf maintenance lawn care or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of turf applications spraying and industry best practices
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid drivers license
