Job Summary
OPEN POSITION:
Physician - Primary Care - Internal or Family Medicine
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 40 Hours per Week
- No On-Call
- No Evenings
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
COMPENSATION:
- $225000 to $280000 Base Salary dependent upon experience
- Sign-On Bonus
- Malpractice Insurance w/ Tail Coverage
- Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance
- CME Allowance

LOCATION:
Crown Heights Brooklyn New York
COMPANY PROFILE:
This organization is the largest physician-led outpatient medical practice in the greater New York City metro area with more than 35 offices serving 500000 patients per addition to robust primary care offerings they also operate specialty service lines in gastroenterology pediatrics cardiology dermatology endocrinology podiatry behavioral health and more. Their staff of more than 400 physicians nurse practitioners and physician assistants are supported by dedicated team members with resources such as on-site laboratory and radiology services.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position will provide a full scope of primary care services including but not limited to the diagnosis treatment coordination of care preventive care and health maintenance for patients.
Specific duties of the role include but are not limited to:
- review patient histories
- perform physical examinations
- evaluate diagnose and provide appropriate treatment and patient care
- refer patients to specialists as needed
- review test results and recommend suitable management for patients
- prescribe medications
- formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans
- communicate with the clinical team to ensure total delivery of quality care
- participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings
The physician will see an average of 25 to 27 patients per day. All visits are prepped and supported by dedicated clinical assistants.
The practice utilizes the Epic EHR.
This position has no weekends no evenings and no on-call.
REQUIREMENTS:
- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Certification or Eligibility Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- 1 year practice experience strongly preferred
