Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: 12:00 AM 8:00 AM
Compensation:
Travel Pay: $2722.12 weekly
Local Pay: $2250 weekly
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures that support the diagnosis treatment and prevention of disease. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in chemistry and hematology demonstrate attention to detail and maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and complex clinical laboratory testing in chemistry and hematology.
Analyze specimens and accurately report test results.
Operate maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
Follow quality control quality assurance and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory and facility requirements.
Communicate effectively with laboratory leadership and healthcare staff.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.
Strong background in chemistry and hematology.
Education Requirements:
Required: Associates degree from an accredited laboratory technology program.
Preferred: Bachelors degree.
Certifications & Licensure:
Required: Valid New York State Education Department (NYSED) license to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist (092) with Primary Source Verification (PSV).
Preferred: BLS certification.
