What to expect from the Operations track with a focus on Supply Chain and Production

During the two-year program you will start in our Romanian bakery and undertake one-year rotations to Finland gaining valuable experience within operations in two different bakeries taking full responsibility for a range of tasks from day one!

In your first year in Romania as a Production Management Global Graduate you will gain hands-on experience at the heart of our production operations working closely with Production Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure safe efficient and high-quality manufacturing. You will support daily operations contribute to process improvements analyze performance data and help solve real production challenges. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in production management while preparing for future leadership roles in a dynamic international manufacturing environment.

Second year in Finland you will have a strong focus on Supply Chain. You will play a key role in supporting our Finland and Baltic operations working hands-on with KPIs Power BI development labor studies and supply chain analysis to improve performance after major system go-lives. You will collaborate closely with local and regional leaders contribute to IBP and automation projects and support real business decisions from day one.
