Job Summary
Your role
Were seeking aSenior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing 3-person TA team. You will take strategic ownership of our Marketing this Berlin-based you will drive our international growth while acting as a mentor and culture ambassador in a flat high-freedom environment.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-impact Marketing roles as a senior sparring partner for leadership
- Drive international growth through advanced sourcing and high-level talent pipelining
- Collaborate with the Team Lead on hiring roadmaps and scalable commercial strategies
- Advise senior leadership and department heads to align talent strategies with overarching business goals
- Lead independent TA projects and proactively optimize internal recruitment workflows
- Enhance Ashby operations and documentation using data-driven performance metrics
Your profile
- At least 5 years experience in recruitment with 1 years specifically in high-impact Marketing recruitment
- Proven track record in active sourcing and closing talent in competitive market
- Experienced in advising and challenging senior management and founders
- Passionate about long-term team composition and proactive process optimization
- Driving your own TA projects and OKRs independently and leading them to success
- You have extensive working experience with modern ATS (ideally Ashby or Personio) and know how to optimize processes
- Fluent German and English skillsand regular presence in our Office in Berlin
