Position Overview
The Global Head of Strategic Talent Acquisitions Programs reports to the Global Head of Total Talent COE and is responsible for developing implementing and managing innovative large-scale talent acquisition strategies and initiatives across all regions and business units. This position drives the organisations long-term talent vision ensuring alignment with business objectives enhancing employer branding and fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. The role requires deep expertise in global talent markets program management stakeholder engagement and
total talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the global talent acquisition strategy ensuring alignment with the companys overall business objectives and future workforce needs.
Program Development: Design launch and scale strategic talent acquisition programs (e.g. strategic workforce planning early in careers diversity hiring employer branding selection assessments & skills interview architecture talent ) across multiple geographies.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with global business leaders HR partners and talent team to understand workforce plans and deliver tailored talent solutions (Build Buy Borrow)
Innovation & Technology: Identify implement and optimise cutting-edge talent acquisition technologies analytics and tools to drive efficiency enhance candidate experience and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Diversity & Inclusion: Lead global initiatives to attract hire and retain diverse talent fostering an inclusive culture and meeting diversity targets.
Brand Ambassadorship: Champion the organisations employer value proposition and brand in international talent markets ensuring a consistent and compelling message.
Metrics & Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators providing regular reports and insights to executive leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g. SHRM CIPD) are a plus.
Progressive experience in talent acquisition with at least 5 years in a global or multinational leadership role focus on talent strategies ; an experience in top consulting firm would be an asset
Demonstrated experience designing and scaling strategic talent programs across multiple regions and functions.
Strong understanding of global talent markets legal compliance and emerging talent acquisition technologies.
Ability to influence beyond reporting lines Proven track record in leading and motivating diverse remote teams.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and influencing skills in a multicultural environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
PMO certification will be considered as an asset
