Job Summary

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Technician to join their team onsite in Malvern PA and provide end-user support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Break-Fix support changing system boards hdds laptop LCDs etc.
- Trouble shooting both hardware and software
- IMAC receiving equipment unboxing and deploying (set up breakdown)
- Responsible for shipping and tracking equipment to remote users tracking returns and documenting everything in the ticket
- Provide support for laptops and a mix of network printers
Required:
- Comptia A certification required (can be obtained before the end of 90 days)
- Lenovo warranty certifications a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
- ServiceNow ticketing system experience
- Comptia A certification required (can be obtained before the end of 90 days)
- Lenovo warranty certifications a plus
- Supporting Windows 11
- MS Office 0365 experience
- Remote access experience
- SCCM Imaging experience
- Asset management experience
- Must be detailed and process oriented
- Must be able to work independently following detailed steps
- Must be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ticket status
- Must be professional well spoken good verbal and written communications skills
The rate for this position is between $21.00 - $30.80 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
