Toyota Financial Services Architecture Team is looking for an experienced Enterprise Business Architect to join our team and drive the development and application of business architecture practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strongexpertisein business capability modeling maturity assessments organization modeling strategy and value modeling and value stream mapping. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to align business strategies with architecture initiativesleveragingindustry-standard frameworks such asBizBOKand enterprise architecture tools. This role is critical in enabling business transformation and ensuring that business architecture delivers measurable value.

What You Will Be Doing

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business strategies goals and challenges.

Lead strategy and value modeling efforts to articulate business goals drivers and value propositions.

Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements andvalidatebusiness architecture models.

Collaborate with enterprise architects domain teams and business leaders totranslate business strategies into actionable business architecture artifacts and roadmaps.

Support business transformation initiatives by providing insights and recommendations based on business architecture analysis.

Develop andmaintainbusiness capability models torepresentthe organizations functions and servicesandreflect the organizations current and target state.

Conduct business capability maturity assessments toidentifygaps and opportunities for improvement.

Model organizational structures and align them with business capabilities and strategies.

Create andmaintainvalue stream models to visualize andoptimizeend-to-end business processes.

Map and integrate various business architecture models toprovidea holistic view of the enterprise.

Utilize business architecture frameworks such asBizBOKto guide best practices and governance.

Leverage enterprise architecture tools to document analyze and communicate business architecture artifacts.

Align business architecture with enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps.

Communicate business architecture insights and recommendations to senior leadership and project teams.

What You Will Bring

Priorhands-onexperienceas business architect withsolid understanding of the business architecture function and its role within enterprise architecture.

Proven experience in developingandmaintainingkey business architecture artefacts such asstrategy and value modelingvalue stream mappingorganizational modelingbusinesscapabilitymodelingbusiness capability maturity assessmentsbusiness capability based planningand cross-model integration.

Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills.Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with enterprise architecture tools for modeling and documentation.

Workingknowledge and experiencewith business architecture frameworks such asBizBOKor equivalent.

Bachelors degree in business Information Technology or related field.

Added Bonus if you have

Experience with Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Technology Portfolio Management (TPM).

Familiarity withLeanIXor similar enterprise architecture management tools.

Certifications in architecture frameworks such as TOGAFBizBOK or equivalent.

Background in financial services or other regulated industries.

Experience supporting Lean or Agile transformation initiatives.

Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies.

Experience with tools likeLeanIXSparxEA or similar.
