About the Role:
We are seeking a high-impact Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with deep experience recruiting within the cybersecurity space. If you have successfully hired Cybersecurity Engineers IAM Engineers MDR analysts and Sales/GTM professionals within a cybersecurity MDR or Managed Security Services organization and thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment we want to speak with you.
We are looking for a strategic partner who can influence hiring managers build strong pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles and bring creativity and urgency to every search.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and revenue-generating roles including: Cybersecurity Engineers IAM Engineers MDR / SOC Analysts Security Architects Enterprise Sales / Sales Engineering and others
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand business needs and workforce planning strategies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche cybersecurity talent
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for passive candidates in competitive markets
- Leverage data and market insights to advise on talent availability compensation trends and hiring strategies
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously in a high-growth environment
- Own and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles with a primary focus on niche cybersecurity talent.
- Leverage AI-powered tools automation and recruiting technology to improve speed quality and candidate experience.
- Drive a high-touch inclusive and consistent candidate experience from first outreach through offer close.
- Influence hiring decisions by assessing talent against performance culture and growth potential.
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously optimize processes for scale and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience in SaaS cybersecurity or enterprise technology organizations preferrably in Managed Security Services OR MDR or IAM Services.
- 810 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on technology and GTM recruiting.
- Demonstrated success hiring Security Engineering Sales and revenue-driving roles in fast-growing high-tech organizations.
- Proven headhunting mindset with experience sourcing and closing passive candidates.
- Strong understanding of GTM functions sales motions and what drives success in revenue organizations.
- Experience using AI-driven recruiting tools ATS/CRM platforms and modern sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional stakeholder management communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate with urgency adaptability and sound judgment in a dynamic environment.
