As a Marketing & Sales Trainee you will support strategic projects related to commercial development sustainability and internal engagement while building strong project management and communication skills.

What will you do

• Support project management activities related to Ops Council and cross-functional initiatives.

• Participate in Water Circularity projects and support cross-selling pipeline tracking.

• Assist with internal communication for ongoing projects (preparing presentations materials and updates).

• Support coordination of ERG (Employee Resource Groups) activities.

• Collaborate on the creation of marketing and sales materials.

• Provide organizational and administrative support across different initiatives.

• Leverage digital tools and AI solutions (Copilot) to improve efficiency and workflows.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration International Business Marketing or related studies.

• Good level of English (minimum B2).

• Strong interest in Marketing Sales and Project Management.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint Excel Teams etc.).

• Familiarity or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools (Copilot ChatGPT or similar).

• Proactive mindset strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented international environment.
