Cellar Assistant (Warehouse & Customer Service)

About the Role:

Reporting into the Cellar Manager our Cellar Assistant role forms an integral part of our company culture and business success.

You will be at the heart of our operations receiving cataloguing storing and retrieving wine with precision and care. From maintaining cellar conditions and ensuring smooth daily operations to delivering exceptional customer service for our customers.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys staying active on-their-feet and takes pride in creating a positive customer experience. Our Cellar Assistants play a key role in caring for our clients valuable collections.

Shift hours:
Monday to Friday 9am 5pm
Occasional Saturday 9am 1pm (Day off during Monday-Friday of your choice in the same week)

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Owning daily intake handling and dispatch duties for cellar operations.
• Executing accurate data entry into our in-house cellar management system.
• Ensuring quality assurance in product handling from receipt to dispatch.
• Displaying operational excellence including taking pride in cellar presentation and cleanliness.
• Pallet consolidation wrapping loading and unloading from racks.
• Conducting temperature control checks to

About You:

• Experience in warehouse operations and/or a pick/pack environment.
• Hands-on team member comfortable with lifting and staying on your feet.
• Detail-oriented ensuring accurate systems data entry and strong administration skills.
• Reliable punctual and an all-round team player.
• Wine knowledge is advantageous.
