What will you do
This is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our Perth Team. You will play an integral part in supporting our Senior Legal Counsel as they provide guidance and advice to the business across all teams.
Specifically you will:
Keep team information up to date withina number ofinternal systems
Support the broader team with general administration duties bid preparation and project work
Liaise with the executive leadership team and external stakeholders demonstrating confidentiality and professionalism
Prepare and review documents including presentations emails reports and agendas
Whatcan you bring to the team
For this role you will require:
High typing speed to enable typing up dictaphone messages
Exceptional organisational skills coupled with advanced Microsoft Office skills
Flexibility agility and a willingness to try new things in a fast-paced ever changing environment
A passion to assist the team in delivery of a variety of high-quality bids and tenders in a collaborative team environment
Direct bid-related experience including exposure to coordinating and supporting bid processes
