Job Summary
We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to join IQVIA Laboratories at Valencia CA.
Shift: Tuesday- Saturday 8:00AM - 4:30 PM
Job Summary:
What Youll Be Doing:
- Perform routine specimen testing and document results according to SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Evaluate analytical validity and escalate unusual or suspect findings to senior laboratory staff
- Prepare buffers solutions and manage postanalysis sample and reagent storage
- Assist in developing and writing new laboratory procedures and techniques
- Maintain an organized safe and 6Scompliant laboratory environment with clear communication to crossfunctional partners
What We Are Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of laboratory principles and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- Understanding of laboratory safety infection control and hazardous chemical handling
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment instrumentation and terminology
- Other Equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
The Knowledge Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:
- Ability to maintain accurate workflow and documentation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequent standing and walking occasional sitting close eye work requirement (computer typing reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $34700.00 - $72300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
