Job Summary

Key Benefits:

Hourly Wage: $25.00
Shift Hours: 6am-2 and 8am- 4 rotating every 3rd week (must be flexible)

Responsibilities:

Lead and direct warehouse associates in daily operations ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Serve asa go-to associate for all training within the warehouse;ensuresthat all warehouse associates have the tools and understanding to succeed in their positions.
Operate sit-down and stand-up electric forklifts and power or manual pallet jacksand other warehouse machineryin accordance withall safety policies and procedures.
Safely load and unload products from semi-trailers completing all necessary documentation to ensureaccuratesystem transactions and adherence to Food Safety protocols
Conduct thorough inspections of products for defects or damage and check both internal and external trailer conditions for any issues that could compromise the safety of the loaded contents.
Stage and transport raw materials for production as well as prepare and verify orders for shipment by reviewing supporting documentation.
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) inventory rotation practices tomaintainthe highest quality of ingredients.
Utilize ERP/Warehouse software to perform job-related tasksdemonstratinga willingness to learn andoptimizesoftware use for improved efficiency.
Enforce adherence to allGMP SOP HACCP andSQFrules within the warehouse.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by performing general housekeeping tasks in thewarehousedock areas coolers and freezers ensuring areas are stocked and orderly

Qualifications:

Previousexperience in a warehouse or similar environment with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures inventory management andlogisticsoperations.
Must be able to work with computer and databases
Basic knowledge of warehouse management software or other relevant systems.
Food manufacturing experience desired
Machine operating experience desired
Must be at least 18 years or older
