Are you passionate about the magic of the early years Midsomer Norton Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team. This is a temporary maternity cover role starting 1st May 2026 focusing on our curious and energetic 3 to 4-year-olds.
The Details
Contract: 32.5hours Term Time only 2 INSET days.
Hours: Monday Friday 8:15 am 3:45 pm (Includes a 1-hour lunch break).
Salary: Grade 3 (Scale 57)(Pro-rata: 19307..85).

Understands the 34 Age Group: You know that this stage is about developing independence social skills and a love for why
Is a Creative Storyteller: You can turn a simple walk or a cardboard box into a learning adventure.
Is Level 3 Qualified: You hold a recognised Early Years qualification and have practical experience in a nursery or school setting.
Values Partnerships: You understand that parents are a childs first educators and can build warm professional relationships with families.
Is a Team Player: You are adaptable positive and ready to contribute to our schools 4 core values: Ambition Opportunity Confidence and Community.
