Job Summary

Step into a role where data innovation and meaningful change come together. As a Customer Journey Expert focusing on Data within Wholesale Banking FCP Change you help transform CDD from manual to meaningful. You shape how we capture structure and use data to automate repetitive work for KYC analysts enhance FEC risk assessments and unlock the potential of AI across WB FCP. The team

You join the WB FCP CDD Change area working in the Data Squad alongside experienced Customer Journey Experts data specialists and engineers. Together you develop INGs PEGA-based Data and Evidence Collection workflow and harmonise CDD data journeys. You collaborate closely with colleagues from CCDM delivery tribes and end users such as KYC analysts. The squad thrives on curiosity co-creation and continuous improvement. You will be part of a diverse international and energetic environment where ideas move fast collaboration is key and everyone is encouraged to do their thing to support INGs data-driven transformation.

Roles and responsibilities

You bridge the gap between business needs data and delivery to create a differentiating customer and employee experience.

  • Collect incoming business or operational requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements.

  • Translate functional and business requirements into data specifications including attributes formats and validations and map data points across FCP contexts.

  • Turn functional and data requirements into developer-ready user stories and technical specifications.

  • Communicate with stakeholders about backlog items requirements and delivery progress partnering closely with the Data CPO fellow CJEs and engineering teams.

  • Act as the go-to person for understanding customer journeys and their data implications aligning with stakeholders and engineers to keep journeys compliant and effective.

  • Steer decision making and iteration using data and key metrics such as straight-through-processing rates touch-time reduction case completion times and re-use of data across journeys.

  • Share knowledge within the Change department and across domains promoting a culture of continuous learning and constructive feedback.

  • Work in an Agile Scrum setting within the Data Squad collaborating closely with other CJEs and engineers.

  • Solid background in data analysis and functional analysis with proven experience creating clear developer-ready user stories.

  • Strong expertise in data mapping within banking with excellent Excel skills and high attention to detail.

  • Experience in Financial Crime Prevention or a related domain ideally in Wholesale Banking.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with virtual teams across multiple locations.

  • Results-driven familiar with Agile Scrum practices and comfortable using metrics to prioritise and iterate.

  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
