Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Business Administration E-Commerce Management or equivalent.

10 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Analytics/Campaign Management with a focus on digital innovation.
Your Challenge:
Lead Inspire and Coach the Media & PR team to maximise campaign impact across the region.
Your role:
People & Stakeholder Management
Manage Coach and develop direct reports via IDP & in role coaching
Main POC WE agencies and key media partners accountable for agency scope and lead regional JBP and investment strategies.
Build community of engaged WE Media & PR experts ensuring capability building and development opportunities in place to drive strong talent pipeline.
PR & Media strategic translation & optimisation
Accountable for strategic translation Media & PR of the comms strategy across the PH categories and localisation of global planning guidelines goldenrulesand budget setting.
Accountable to drive overall campaign effectiveness ensuring success framework and performance forums in place to timely review and consult on optimisations across the campaign in line with marketing and business objectives.
Owner media audit process and investment strategy for the region
Accountable PR & Media budget management ensuring timely management of PO and invoicing with key Media & PR vendor.
Youre the right fit if:
University degree (Bachelor/Masters Degree)
10 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Analytics/Campaign Management with a focus on digital innovation
Proven track record as a people leader and ability to inspire collaboration and teamwork.
Deep understanding of the media marketplace dynamics and strong background in Search Display Programmatic and Social advertising.
Strategic Mindset with holistic approach to decision-making using data-driven insights and seeking inputs from diverse and inclusive sets of stakeholders.
Tech/Digital savvy and open-minded to the role of new technologies and the ability to translate into actionable ideas.
End-to-end digital experience with strongbackground in delivering multiple campaigns across multi-channels
Strong ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a global organisation
Excellent communication & presentation skills with attention to detail
Able to deal with ambiguity and manage change in highly matrixed organisation
Business Fluent in English (min. 1 additional EU language preferred)
