IT Business Analyst
Location: Doha Practice Area: Business Consulting Type: Permanent

Drive clarity enable change and translate business needs into impactful technology solutions.

The Role
As an IT Business Analyst youll work closely with stakeholders across business and technology to shape requirements improve processes and support the delivery of high-quality digital solutions. Based in Doha this role plays a key part in bridging business needs with technical delivery in complex environments.

What Youll Do

• Elicit analyse and document business and functional requirements across technology initiatives
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding
• Support process improvement initiatives using structured analysis and best-practice frameworks
• Contribute to solution design testing and implementation activities
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders in both Arabic and English across workshops and forums

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience as an IT or Business Analyst within complex programmes or projects
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• One of the following certifications is required: CBAP or PMI-PBA
• Strong requirements management documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working with technology teams and understanding system delivery lifecycles
• Experience within consulting or advisory environments
• Exposure to public sector financial services or large-scale transformation programmes
• Familiarity with Agile Waterfall or hybrid delivery models
• Experience facilitating workshops and change initiatives
• Knowledge of data digital or enterprise platforms
