The State of Alaska (SOA) uses four levels of proficiency to measure and describe an applicants level of competence in applying certain behaviors knowledge skills and abilities to accomplish a specific task. • Copies of your last two (2) performance evaluations or two (2) professional letters of reference if evaluations are unavailable.
• Copies of academic transcripts to verify post-secondary education if used to meet minimum qualifications (Unofficial transcripts are acceptable with the name of the institution clearly visible).
• Your interview may be followed by a research and writing assignment and/or Microsoft Excel activity of up to 90 minutes.
