IntelliScripts Operations team has been a key part of our success and remains critical to our future. Sitting at the hub of our divisions including IT Data Analytics Customer Relations Sales and Product teams. The Operations team ensures seamless collaboration across the company. What you will be doing

The key areas of responsibility in the Operations Analyst role are:

• Manage and execute tasks for operations projects including security and client updates
• Train and serve as backup for other operational tasks and teams including client support
• Use generative AI or other technology to improve operations processes complete work and simultaneously improve the processes and create or update documentation as needed
• Improve documentation across teams and processes
• Responsibilities will expand to other tasks and projects as experience and knowledge increases

What we need

• 2 years of related experience in Operations data setup or technical configuration
• Strong customer service skills and background
• Generative AI experience to increase efficiency (e.g. Copilot Gemini ChatGPT Claude)
• Experience automation and improving internal processes
• Experience creating and improving documentation
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate proficiency with SQL

Location

The expected application deadline for this job is April 1 2026. This position is open to remote work. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield WI as needed and travel nationwide for meetings conferences and team events.

Compensation

The overall salary range for this role is $65200 - $131905. A combination of factors will be considered including but not limited to education relevant work experience qualifications skills certifications etc.

For candidates residing in:

• Alaska California Connecticut Illinois Maryland Massachusetts New Jersey New York City Pennsylvania Virginia Washington or the District of Columbia:
  • $74980 - $119830 if overall experience is less than 5 years; and
  • $82455 - $131905 for experience greater than 5 years.

• All other states:
  • $65200 - $104200 if overall experience is less than 5 years; and
  • $71700 - $114700 for experience greater than 5 years.
