This role combines traditional HR analytics and operations with assistant Facility Security Officer (FSO) and personnel security responsibilities. The ideal candidate will support workforce planning compliance and reporting while helping manage cleared personnel security processes in accordance with government regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced HR analytics reporting and workforce planning support with 5 years of experience in Department of Defense and Navy program environments.
- Manage and analyze personnel data related to staffing compensation benefits and performance in compliance with DoD and Navy regulations.
- Support cleared employee onboarding offboarding and access management for Navy contracts and classified programs.
- Assist the Facility Security Officer (FSO) with personnel security functions including DISS/e-QIP processing visit requests clearance verification and access control.
- Ensure compliance with NISPOM DoD directives and Navy-specific security and personnel policies.
- Prepare workforce compliance and audit reports for internal leadership and government stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Due to Government Contract all viable candidates must be US Citizens with an Active Secret Clearance
- 5 years related work experience
- Prior Navy experience highly preferred
