An exceptional opportunity is available for a motivated and clinically proficient dentist to join a long-standing reputable practice in Seguin TX. We are seeking a dentist who is committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care and who aspires to grow into a leadership role with the ultimate goal of practice ownership.
Compensation & Benefits
- Ownership Track: Structured transition to ownership
- Earning Potential: $250000$300000 annually
- Compensation Model: Percentage of adjusted production
- Continuing Education: $2000 annual allowance
- Benefits: Comprehensive medical dental and 401(k) package
- Schedule: Full-time (4 days a week) Tuesday through Friday
Practice Overview
- Operatories: 6 total
- Technology: iTero scanner full implant setup
- Clinical Team:5 hygienists
- Patient Base: Primarily adults within a family-practice setting
- Payor Mix: PPO and FFS
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on quality and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with a team of dental assistants hygienists and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in treatment planning and execution across a broad range of services
- Engage in leadership development with a focus on future ownership and operational management of the practice
Candidate Profile
- DDS/DMD degree with active Texas dental license
- Minimum of 2-3 years clinical experience preferred
- Spanish speaking a PLUS!
