A well-established private dermatology practice (independently owned not PE-backed) is seeking a Mohs Surgeon to join their growing team in the Nashville area. This is a rare opportunity to shape your own clinical schedule balancing Mohs surgery with general dermatology in a supportive physician-led environment.

Opportunity Highlights

Flexible schedule: Design your own mix of Mohs surgery and general dermatology
High-volume surgical experience: 812 Mohs cases performed daily at the practices other locations
Lead role: Practice autonomy as the primary dermatologist / Mohs surgeon in the Nashville-area clinic
Physician-driven environment: Independent practice with no plans to sell to private equity
Compensation & growth: Competitive guaranteed base percentage of collections sign-on bonus and partnership opportunity
