The Role

As a Student Worker in the Global SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) you will support day-to-day SAP Master Data activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Source to Pay (S2P) area including employee expenses. You will work closely with global stakeholders to help ensure data accuracy smooth process execution and effective change adoption. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with SAP-enabled business processes data governance and cross-functional collaboration in an international biotech environment!

Responsibilities

Master Data Support

• Support maintenance activities in SAP Master Data including (but not limited to) vendor cost center and G/L account updates.

• Assist with data quality checks validation and correction activities to ensure compliance with governance standards.

• Help document Master Data procedures and support knowledge sharing within the team.

Source to Pay (S2P) & Expenses Support

• Support operational activities and improvements within the Source to Pay process area (e.g. vendor onboarding support purchasing process support invoice/expense-related workflows).

• Contribute to initiatives that optimize and standardize S2P processes including travel and expense reimbursement process.

Continuous Improvement & Change Support

• Support process mapping work instruction updates and small-scale improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to change management activities such as preparing communication drafts training material creation and adoption support.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a BSc/MSc in Business Economics Finance or a related field.

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills; comfortable working in a global setting.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Familiarity with SAP and/or Source to Pay processes (Procure-to-Pay vendor management expenses).

• Solid understanding of how business processes and applications work together (interest in ERP is a plus).

• Structured and detail-oriented with an interest in data quality and process governance.

• Basic understanding of change management principles; any practical experience with change initiatives is an advantage.

• Experience with documentation process improvement or supporting end users in systems/process questions.

• Availability for 1520 hours per week distributed across three days.
