What Youll Do

• Define and execute the Advanced Analytics strategy across the organization
• Establish governance standards and validated digital tools that enable a sustainable global operating model
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities for digital solutions that reduce compliance risk and improve efficiency
• Build and deploy complex analytical models that accelerate insights and improve decisionmaking
• Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and lead their responsible integration into quality operations
• Drive structured organizational change and develop a network of digital ambassadors
• Define KPIs and performance frameworks for meaningful impact and scale
• Promote talent development capability building and a digitalfirst mindset

What You Bring

Were looking for a leader with a rare combination of strategic vision technical depth and realworld delivery experience.

Youll succeed if you have:

• A strong track record in data digital and AI strategy development and execution
• Experience leading the design and implementation of techenabled business transformation (preferably within MedTech environment)
• Handson delivery experience from concept to scaled adoption
• Expertise across Machine Learning Generative AI and experimentation at scale
• Experience with data governance domain ownership and analytics frameworks
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions
• A mindset focused on innovation value creation and impact
• Bachelors Degree in Operations Management Data Engineering Data Science Business Analytics or a related field
• 10 years of leadership experience leading complex projects in the area of data analytics in a matrix environment
