Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer with strong expertise in Laravel PHP MySQL WordPress and other PHP-related frameworks and tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining robust scalable and high-performance web applications and websites. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers leading projects and ensuring best practices in coding and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Develop maintain and optimize web applications using Laravel PHP and MySQL.
Build and customize WordPress themes plugins and integrations.
Architect test and deploy secure scalable and high-performing web solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design product SEO marketing) to deliver business requirements.
Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and ensure best practices.
Optimize application performance troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth deployments.
Stay updated with the latest web technologies frameworks and security standards.
Lead and mentor junior developers providing technical guidance and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5 years of professional web development experience with PHP and related technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with Laravel framework.
Solid understanding of MySQL (database design optimization complex queries).
Proven experience in WordPress development (custom themes plugins APIs).
Familiarity with JavaScript jQuery AJAX HTML5 CSS3.
Experience with version control tools (e.g. Git).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good to Have (Optional)

Knowledge of or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with server management (Linux Apache/Nginx).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
