一岗位职责
- 负责人员培训和操作指导协助解决喷涂设备运行异常
- 负责解决日常喷漆常见质量问题流漆漏喷针孔漆膜厚度以及符着力等
- 负责收集分析质量数据制定预防与纠正措施降低DPP
- 负责机器人维护和持续优化喷漆工艺参数喷枪压力流量雾化走枪速度等
- 负责执行喷漆作业标准化可视化管理以及喷涂程序优化
- 负责喷漆下线一次合格率提升
- 负责油漆利用率提升
二技能要求
- 大专及以上学历机械制造化工涂装工程自动化等相关专业
- 喷涂工艺知识熟悉各种喷涂方法静电喷涂空气喷涂等及其适用场景
- 涂料特性理解掌握不同涂料的性能干燥条件和配比要求
- 设备操作与维护熟练操作喷枪喷涂机器人烘干设备并能进行日常维护和故障排查
- 缺陷分析与解决能识别常见喷涂缺陷流挂漏清针孔橘皮色差并提出改进措施
- 工艺参数优化能根据喷涂厚度流量气压等数据提出调整工艺参数的建议
- 数字化工具应用会使用喷涂机器人编程质量追溯系统
- 能与生产质量设备工艺团队协作培训操作工推动工艺改进.
三优先条件
- 有喷涂机器人编程经验者优先
- 持有喷漆相关证书者优先
- 有喷漆产线规划导入或自动化改造经验者优先
