岗位职责:

1在喷漆线从事多种类型的喷漆工作工件具有很高的质量要求等级A

2参与班前流程改进对话积极提出生产中发现的问题和建议认真听取主管的各项要求

3严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生

4努力发现生产过程中存在的问题和风险积极提交持续改进建议卡 .

5按时完成公司要求的各项培训自主完成对工作有益的其他培训

6主动学习CPS和6 Sigma的知识并将相关知识应用到工作中

7严格执行标准化工作流程及其他各项质量管理规定避免质量缺陷的发生

8积极配合质量管理人员分析发生质量问题的根本原因并按要求执行改进措施避免类似问题再次发生

9严格按照计划实施生产努力提高工作效率

10当因原材料设备及质量等原因导致生产中断时应及时报告生产主管或领班以便尽快恢复生产或安排其他生产任务

11按要求完成5S和TPM (全面生产力维护) 工作

12积极关注成本节约努力消除工作中的各项浪费

13严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度及时完成主管或领班安排的其他工作

背景/经验:

1为人正直良好的人际沟通能力强烈的责任心和团队精神

2中专及以上学历表面处理化学等专业有电镀或者表面处理经验优先

3工程机械装配相关工作经验优先

4无色盲或者弱视矫正前裸眼视力大于1.0

5具备良好的安全和质量意识严格按规定和流程操作

6具备良好的5S和TPM (全员生产维护) 理念
