Position: Wealth Management Office Manager Firm: Park Square Financial Group Location: Roswell GA Overview: Advance your career and truly make a difference! We have an exciting opportunity for an organized self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills seeking to join a well-established Independent Advisor and Financial Services Company. Park Square Financial Group located in Roswell GA is hiring a full-time Wealth Management Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be client facing a self-starter tech savvy and enthusiastic team player who can oversee and optimize daily office operations. What youll do: - Maintain weekly scorecard metrics for the firm and update weekly KPIs
- Coordinate internal communications calendars and daily support to Advisors
- Own and update L10 meeting preparation follow-up and issue tracking
- Serve as the primary POC for scheduling client meeting prep and client service workflow
- Prepare client reports packets confirm appointments and set up for meetings
- Process client service requests including beneficiary changes address updates and forms
- Assist with onboarding new team members
- Preparing training guides and updating SOPs
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail supplies and scheduling
- Assist with filing compliance documentation
- Support and troubleshoot CRM and other platforms
What Were Looking For: - 3 years experience in Office or Operations Management
- Previous experience in financial industry preferred
- Proficient MS Office software
- Previous CRM experience (Orion Wealthbox or equivalent)
- Experience with Schwab and Fidelity custodial platforms
- Professional and warm client presence
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Bonus Points: - Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Series 65 license preferred or willing to obtain
