PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand & walk for long periods of time

Ability to stoop bend reach use force carry push/pull and lift <50 lbs. occasionally

Ability to apply manual dexterity and specified visual acuity

Basic Responsibilities:

Perform preventative and ongoing maintenance of factory building including basic plumbing and electrical changing filters chemical tests on boilers generator testing etc.

Perform preventative and ongoing basic maintenance of some assembly line machinery.

Perform equipment changeovers for various product sizes on various packaging machinery.
Assess needs in regards to maintenance spare parts modernization improvement of process.

Required Qualifications:

Mechanical and plumbing skills
Electronic skills a plus.
Ability to identify evaluate and problem solve.
Entrepreneurial spirit.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient software skills Outlook Word Excel.
18 years of age & pass a drug screen & background check
Reliable transportation & dependable attendance
Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed
