Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate detail-oriented Financial Advocate to join our team in South Jordan Utah. This position serves as a crucial support for clients and families navigating the financial aspects of their care. The Financial Advocate is responsible for reviewing insurance coverage providing cost estimates helping clients understand their financial obligations and collaborating with internal teams to promote smooth billing and admissions processes. You will proactively manage patient financial accounts monitor treatment days and denials and ensure continued access to clinically recommended treatment whenever possible. This role requires strong communication skills excellent organization a solid understanding of insurance benefits and a client-centered approach. Ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of financial coordination and empathetic support.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with insurance verification processes and EHR systems (Lightning Step experience preferred).
Ability to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) understand benefit breakdowns and assist clients in evaluating their financial obligations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Teams) and general computer literacy.
Soft Skills:
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
